Food and Beverage

Exhibitors must obtain permission in advance from the Dulles Expo Center if your exhibit offers the selling or sampling of food and/or beverages while participating in an event.

Food and Beverage Sample Permit

For questions concerning Sample Food Permits, please contact the Food and Beverage Manager

All exhibitors seeking to utilize food as part of their exhibit, including food used solely for demonstration, are required to fill out a Sample Food Form.

Food and Beverage PDF is for visual reference and print convenience.

Fill Out Form is an online fillable Sample Sell Buyout form that is sent directly to the Food and Beverage Manager when submitted. All exhibitors are required to fill out this form. 

Fairfax County Temporary Food Permit is a link to the county's Health Department showing requirements for events and exhibitors to sample food and beverages. 

Food and Beverage Inquiry takes you to the contact form, were you will need to select Food and Beverage Inquiry, to contact the Food and Beverage Manager.

Alcoholic Beverages

Wine and beer products are sold onsite, so outside alcoholic beverages, including but not limited to wine, beer, and liquor, are not allowed to be brought into the facility. This includes sealed containers used as part of an exhibit, raffle, or decoration. To find out more about sampling/selling alcohol, please contact the Food and Beverage Manager.
